Real Estate Referral Agreement Form

We'er excited to work with your clients, friends, and family as they look for real estate in Southeast Idaho. To make the referral process smooth and reduce the possibility of miscommunication, errors and omissions, we have a standardized referral form that we ask all referring brokerages to complete. This helps to make sure we have accurate information including names, contact information, expectations regarding referral fees, and what your buyer's real estate goals are. Please complete the form as clearly as possible.

Currently our referral payout rate is 20% of the closed and funded buyers side of the commission to the brokerage.
